## Job description

### 一、岗位描述
- 开发高比能、高安全、长寿命的下一代电化学储能材料及化学体系；
- 开发和应用先进表征分析方法，研究电化学储能材料体系的本征构效关系和失效机理，提炼材料设计原则；
- 开发先进材料合成及表面包覆方法和工艺；
- 开发高通量理论计算以及高通量材料制备表征平台，加速材料开发优化迭代效率。

### 二、招聘要求
- 硕士及以上学历，材料、物理、化学、新能源等电化学储能相关专业；
- 了解锂电池基本原理和材料相关知识、有一定材料合成和表征基础；
- 英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的文献阅读能力、写作能力及基本沟通。
- 积极主动，自驱动力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具体独立研发、分析问题及解决问题能力。
