## Job description
- 负责能源垂直大模型、时序预测模型、能耗模型的训练、微调、实验、评估与迭代优化。
- 参与模型数据集处理、特征工程、模型实验、参数调优，提升模型预测精度与适配能力。
- 负责模型量化、推理加速、部署适配，优化模型推理速度与资源占用。
- 跟进模型线上运行效果，收集问题数据，开展模型迭代与效果优化。
- 撰写实验报告、模型文档、迭代记录，沉淀模型实验资产与方法论。
- 配合产品、业务团队完成模型场景落地、效果验证与优化。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先。

### 专业要求
- 计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术等理工科专业。

### 英语听说读写要求
- 具备良好的英语阅读与检索能力，能够流畅查阅AI前沿技术文档

### 项目经验、关键技能要求
- 扎实的机器学习与深度学习理论基础，熟悉主流大语言模型（LLM）架构及常用微调技术（如 LoRA、QLoRA 等）。熟悉时序预测、能耗建模或垂直领域机器学习/深度学习算法，熟练掌握 Python 编程及 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架。了解数据清洗、特征工程、模型量化及基础推理加速的基本概念与流程。 参与过大模型微调、时序预测或工业/能源场景 AI 算法落地项目者优先

### 软性素质要求
- 对大模型底层推理技术充满热情，具备钻研精神和较强的动手实践能力；良好的团队合作与沟通能力。
