## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责正负极电解液材料痛点持续跟进，和兄弟部门合作创新，聚焦正负极电解液材料技术，挖掘突破性创新机会；
- 主导正负极电解液材料方向的创意挖掘、技术可行性评估及孵化路径设计；
- 联合兄弟部门推动正负极电解液有效创意的推进落地；
- 聚焦负极、正极材料，界面技术等专项课题，牵头制定攻坚计划，系统性解决复杂技术难题。

### 二、岗位要求
- 硕士研究生/博士研究生学历，化工、化学专业大类，电化学专业优先；
- 英语CET-6，英语流利，听说读写良好；
- 有正负极、电解液研发工作经历者优先；
- 沟通表达能力强，逻辑清晰，思维敏捷；
- 学习适应能力强，内驱力强；
- 数据敏感性强，有创新能力。
