## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 工会节日福利统筹发放；
- 工会慰问活动推进，审核及费用报销；
- 工会外联工作，对接上级工会、政府单位、兄弟单位等，引进来、走出去，提升工会知名度、体现社会责任感；
- 工会荣誉申报工作；
- 工会会员资料维护；
- 工会仓库及资产管理；
- 组织召开职工代表大会；
- 员工反馈的问题处理及跟进；
- 工会活动的策划、执行及宣传；

### 日常党务工作，包括党费收缴、关系维护、三会一课等； 任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
- 具备文案宣传及拍摄技能；
- 熟练使用Excel公式，具有数据分析能力；
- 具备2年以上员工关怀或活动策划相关工作经验。
