## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责研究电力系统分析及新能源（储能、风机、光伏、SVG、直流等电力电子装置）并网技术，研究风光储并网控制算法开发、仿真建模、实时仿真技术；调频、调压控制技术；
- 负责研究新能源场站稳定分析、宽频震荡分析与抑制技术；
- 负责研究大规模新能源场站并网，孤岛、半孤岛，微电网的黑启动策略、紧急控制和恢复控制技术；
- 负责开发储能等新能源产品并网实证测试技术；

### 二、岗位要求
- 电气工程、电力系统及自动化、电力电子、自动化
- 拥有电力系统、电力电子装置并网经验
- 熟练掌握新能源风电或光伏及其他电力电子设备的建模仿真；
- 熟练掌握电力系统动态分析理论及仿真工具应用；
- 扎实的数学、自动控制、电力系统、电力电子理论基础；
- 熟练掌握Matlab、PSCAD等电磁暂态仿真软件或DSP、FPGA开发软件；
- 优先考虑有RT-Lab、RTDS使用经验的候选人。
- CET-4
- 具有积极主动、闭环的工作习惯，扎实的基础知识，思维敏捷、可多角度分析、解决问题，有较强的沟通协作能力。
