## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责聚烯烃隔膜的设计和开发；
- 负责隔膜耐热涂层、粘接涂层、功能涂层材料、配方及工艺开发；
- 负责新型多孔膜材料的开发；
- 负责对接电芯平台隔膜材料的开发；
- 负责隔膜量产问题的技术支持；
- 负责技术沉淀、构效研究、以及专利布局；
- 负责供应商的技术审核和新材料导入；
- 负责材料技术规格书的制定、发布以及变更管理。

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上；

### 专业要求
- 高分子材料、无机材料、有机材料、化学等专业；

### 英语听说读写要求
- CET6；

### 项目经验、关键技能要求
- 掌握材料常见表征方法；

### 软性素质要求
- 创新性，独立思考。
