## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 开发新型固态电池正极材料体系，设计材料组分与结构优化方案。
- 主导正极材料合成工艺开发，包括固相法/溶胶凝胶法等制备技术优化。
- 分析材料电化学性能衰减机制，提出界面稳定性提升方案。
- 实施材料中试放大实验，解决量产过程中的工艺适配性问题。
- 配合电芯开发团队完成全固态电池体系验证与性能评估。
- 监控行业技术动态，开展高能量密度正极材料预研项目。

### 职位要求

1. 材料科学与工程、化学工程、电化学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2. 3年以上锂离子电池正极材料研发经验，具备固态电池研发经历者优先。 3. 熟悉高镍三元、富锂锰基等体系开发，掌握材料表征技术（XRD/SEM/TEM）。 4. 精通材料计算模拟（DFT）及失效分析技术者优先考虑。 5. 具备固态电解质/电极界面改性研究经验及专利成果者加分。 6. 持有工程师资格证书或项目管理认证（如PMP）者优先。
