## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责高分子材料与前沿正极/负极材料结合应用的技术指导；
- 负责高分子材料开发方向的理论研究及技术指导；
- 制定量产高分子材料与前沿正负极材料结合的开发路线。

### 职位要求
- 具有5年以上相关领域工作经验；
- 材料科学、化学工程或相关专业博士学历；
- 熟悉正极/负极材料应用与研究；
- 精通有机化学理论与应用。
