## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责完成区指定的节拍测定、人效Loading测定，并汇总分析；
- 完成负责区域的产能计算、人力核算，并协助相关部门解决疑难问题；
- 对生产线设备、工夹具和辅助设施配置数量进行核对及请购跟进；

### 负责现场改善及横展项目具体进展的跟进及汇报； 学历要求
- 大专及以上 岗位要求： 1、了解工业工程；会使用PDCA、IE七大手法、5W2H等基础工具； 2、1-3年以上制造业工程岗位工作经验， 动力电池行业优先；
