## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责储能场景 AI 智能体开发与迭代，围绕电池健康管理、智能调度、运维工单自动化、安全告警联动场景搭建智能决策流程；
- 基于储能监控、运营平台工况数据、资产运维数据，设计 AI 智能体交互逻辑、自动执行、异常判断机制；
- 配合算法团队完成预测模型、诊断模型的业务落地，实现储能场站智能调度、故障预判、自动告警处置能力；
- 针对国内、海外储能差异化场景，适配本地化 AI 智能体策略，支撑 26-27 年海内外试点项目落地；
- 输出智能体需求文档、功能方案、测试用例，持续跟进上线效果，迭代优化智能体自动化能力。

### 岗位要求
- 熟悉储能场站运营、设备监控、工单运维业务逻辑，掌握大模型 / 智能体开发应用能力，具备业务需求拆解、场景化功能设计、功能迭代落地能力，能够配合算法、开发团队完成 AI 功能闭环落地。

### 学历
- 本科及以上；

### 专业
- 人工智能、大数据、自动化、计算机、电力系统相关专业；

### 加分项
- 大模型应用开发、智能体工程化、AI 应用相关证书优先。

### 工作年限
- 1-3 年

### 行业经验
- 能源、电力、储能行业 AI 应用、智能体、大模型落地开发经验；

### 项目经验
- 参与过行业 AI 智能体、自动化决策、智能运维项目落地经验优先"
