## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责金属有机框架（MOF）材料的合成设计与工艺优化
- 针对产品需求，调研并实施MOF材料的设计和改性方案，完成材料结构表征、性能测试及数据复盘分析。
- 负责MOF材料小试到中试放大的全流程研发工作。
- 追踪行业前沿，编写技术报告、科研论文及专利。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，化学、材料学等相关专业背景。
- 能够独立完成MOF材料合成和表征工作，具备独立设计实验方案、分析实验数据的能力。
- 具备自主实验设计能力，能基于阶段性目标独立推进研发项目。 4、3年及以上MOF材料研发工作经验，拥有MOF材料放大和应用研发经验者优先。
