## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展需求，掌握部门招聘需求，制定招聘计划、组织招聘工作；
- 负责招聘渠道的拓展、跟踪、维护及管理工作，利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，充分满足公司的人才需求；
- 负责简历甄选、面试、背景调查、录用等工作；
- 建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
- 根据公司运营需要，能够做到快速有效的招募补充人员，建立公司后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、3年以上大型电力电子、电网等中高端岗位招聘工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先； 3、熟悉人力资源管理相关业务，掌握人力资源规划与配置方法、职位分析、人才测评、招聘面试等方面的专业知识和技巧； 4、具备较好的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达和协调能力，能快速理解业务部门需求并制定相应猎聘计划； 5、英语听说读写能力良好者优先。
