## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责多孔材料的合成，改性与工艺优化
- 针对产品需求，调研并实施多孔材料的设计和改性方案及表征工作。
- 根据项目需求，设计并建立科学、高效的性能测试方案与标准操作流程。
- 追踪行业前沿，编写技术报告、科研论文及专利。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，化学、材料学等相关专业背景，具备扎实的多孔材料知识背景，拥有COF，分子筛或多孔硅等材料的合成，研究和应用经验。
- 能够独立完成多孔材料合成和表征工作，具备独立设计实验方案、分析实验数据的能力。
- 具备自主实验设计能力，工作积极主动，能基于阶段性目标独立推进研发项目。 4、3年及以上相关材料研发工作经验，拥有相关材料产业化或产品化经验者优先。
