## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述

1.负责实验室日常运营管理，包括设备维护、耗材采购、安全规范及成本控制。 技术研究与项目管理 2.主导或参与核心研发项目（如电池材料优化、光伏效率提升、储能系统集成等），协调跨部门资源推进项目落地。

### 二、岗位要求

1.本科及以上，机械工程、电池、工程、电力、电力电子、金融等相关专业
