## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 精通前工序/后工序/MP相关的业务体系，标准，职责，系统，生产流程及工艺/质量/安全/计划/物料/产品/CTQ/Tecsa要求等；
- 前期负责主导美国本地团队核心人员的培训及技能考核; 操作SOP文件和操作规范评审。具备良好的英语沟通能力；
- 中期带领美国本地团队协助设备进场、安装、调试、Qualify，负责爬坡上数，传授固化相关经验；
- 后期协助美国本地团队的量产管理；
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

### 岗位要求
- 本科以上学历，具备5年以上中大型企业或者外资企业生产运营管理经验；
- 具备精益生产思维，掌握精益生产相关知识和工具，执行力强；
- 具备IE基础知识，熟悉作业改善、动作优化，流程改善，具有推动改善能力；
- 具备优秀沟通能力，表达能力，领导能力，能够承受较强的工作压力；
- 具备成本分析及控制能力；
- 英语流利沟通。
