## Job description

### 岗位职责

LFP、M3P正极相关新创意的激发、推进和落地， 岗位要求： 学历专业：硕士及以上学历；专业：电化学，材料、化学、化工等相关专业 知识技能：
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，跨小组/部门的协作能力和抗压能力；
- 逻辑思维能力和数据敏感性强，条理清晰，思维敏捷，有创新能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，高效参与团队协作和跨部门合作，有强烈的工作责任感；

### 精通电化学，了解先进的表征技术原理者优先； 工作经验
- 具有2年以上正极开发经验，具备无机化学、固体化学、材料科学基础者优先； 语言：英语通过 CET-6；熟练阅读英文文献，英文写作、交流能力强者优先
