## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 实施公司年度培训计划，建立通用力、专业力、管理力等培训体系；
- 识别各部门基本功能力短板，主导基本功建设，持续提升部门基本功；
- 推动公司内部讲师团队的建设，打造高质量讲师团队；
- 设计关键群体专项培养方案（管理者/工程师/校招生/班组长），加速核心人才能力提升；
- 设计培训效果评估体系，运用数据分析工具监测培训投入产出比，持续优化培训方案；
- 沟通协调能力强，热情、有亲和力。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先； 2、2年以上培训工作经验，至少独立策划并实施过1个成功的学习发展项目，制造业背景优先； 3、自驱力强，积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力。
