## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责新拉线设备qualify及LOP问题点的跟进及关闭；
- 负责拉线日常异常的判定及初步的分析及改善；
- 根据工程师的实验要求，按照实验单进行试验跟进及数据收集，后期能够独立完成相关实验；
- 具有一定的动手能力及逻辑思维能力，能过够在SOP及相关培训后对异常电芯进行拆解分析；
- MES具有一定的了解，熟悉常用办公软件（word、excel、ppt）；
- 对工作具有热情，积极乐观，喜欢与人沟通，具有一定的沟通能力。

### 岗位要求

1、本科以上学历，机械、电化学、材料、化工等工科类专业优先； 2、1年以上制造型企业工作经验，能够识别设计缺陷和工艺风险，有工艺改善经验，有锂电/整车企业工作经验优先，综合能力优秀者可放宽至应届毕业生； 3、能够使用Excel & Mini-tab软件工具处理数据优先，用严谨的符合逻辑的数据来表达观点与结论； 4、了解Auto CAD等绘图软件，了解6sigma、DOE,MSA, SPC, FMEA、8D等工程方法； 5、逻辑思维清晰，興备良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力，具备高抗压高挑战性工作能力； 6、能够主动快速学习工作需要的相关资料，信息来充成本职工作。
