## Job description

### 岗位要求
- 负责BIPV产品的设计与开发导入及性能迭代优化；
- 拥有BIPV产品线相关经验，主导场景场景产品规划；
- 协助竞品分析，驱动产品迭代。

1、CET6，光伏相关背景； 2、3年以上BIPV研发经验； 3、具备独立技术创新与攻关能力，可基于产品应用场景或需求提出改善方案； 4、优秀的跨部门沟通、项目推进与问题解决能力、团队协作及抗压能力； 5、沟通表达强、学习适应能力强，勤奋刻苦。
