## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责生产线效率提升与改善和精益生产的推进，包含（产能规划、人效提升、工厂布局优化、设备OEE提升等);
- 负责制造成本改善，推进标准人力配置及优化，标准工时管理及UPPM提升；
- 负责SMED项目(拉线切拉换型工夹具准备L/T缩短、快速换型改善、换型成本改善)；
- 负责CPS4.0推进，精益化智能化，生产制造系统优化改善推进，包含（数字化，自动化，无人化，智慧工厂落地)； 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械、自动化、 管理科学与工程优先； 2、3年以上工作经验，规划布局、降本增效项目经验优先； 3、熟练掌握工业工程、人因工程、精益生产、项目管理等相关知识，精通IE改善手法； 4、熟练使用CAD、精通EXCEL，PPT等办公软件，具有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力，积极主动
