## Job description

### 岗位职责

1、负责设计/发掘聚合物材料在锂离子电池中的应用，包括：1、材料层级及电芯层级的表征、验证及机理分析，2、优化和推动新材料的测试验证及量产推动工作； 2. 负责从实际产品应用中提炼和升华聚合物技术点，如改善电芯安全、寿命、能量密度等，进而设计出满足产品需求的聚合物解决方案。

### 岗位要求

学历专业：硕士及以上学历 1. 有机化学、精细化工、高分子材料等专业背景 2.

### 高分子材料行业头部企业3年以上工作经验优先 知识技能

1. 具备良好的项目管理能力，执行力强（目标、计划、风险、监控、沟通） 2.

### 性格开朗，沟通协调能力强 工作经验

化工、材料等相关领域工作3年以上 语言：CET-6 其他：
- 本科985高校优先
- 高分子材料行业头部企业3年以上工作经验优先
- 具有锂电行业 从业经验者优先
