## Job description
- 负责主导动力站冰机、空压机、制氮机及配套系统运行管理与维护保养管理；
- 负责主导纯废水站的基本运行，管理下属的物业团队；
- 负责根据工作目标分解到团队成员和物业单位履行，形成工作闭环；
- 对工作职责范围内的工程项目方案制定与施工管理；
- 对动力站系统，设备要有能耗管控、编写节能方案并实施的能力；
- 负责设备保养体系的编写、优化、执行；
- 负责对应物业人员的日常工作事项监督及协助，并进行考核；
- 参与台风及其它自然灾害防护及应急处理；；
- 制定物业运维台帐并考核执行情况；
- 日常备品备件、耗材的申购；
