## Job description
- 住宿员工的入退调宿、关爱走访、矛盾纠纷协调、物品领用、门卡/钥匙管理、床位检查清理等业务办理；
- 宿舍家具资产类&消耗品物料的盘点与维护、更换；​
- 宿舍公共区域设施设备巡查、宿舍安全检查及跟进；​
- 宿舍维修、安装、工程项目的跟进；​
- 供应商的日常监管，周度巡检，月度考评，季度满意度走访调研等，严格把控物业运维品质，提升住宿满意度；
- 宿舍外包商合同管理&费用预算管理，费对账结算（宿舍水电、住宿补贴，物业维保，网络等）；
- 其他临时事务。
