## Job description

核心职责

### 大客户开发
- 直接对接超大规模客户及云服务提供商，推动储能系统在AI数据中心备用电源替代、峰值削减及“算力-电力”协同场景下的应用，以及其他能源解决方案；

### 市场准入与准入策略
- 针对北美，东南亚，欧洲，澳大利亚等区域电力市场开发符合调频和辅助服务需求的储能商业模式；
- 与技术团队协作，针对液冷服务器、高密度机架等 AI 硬件环境，提供高可靠性、高能量密度的完整能源解决方案；
- 与数据中心EPC、设备供应商和行业投资人建立良好联系，提供完整解决方案；

### 全生命周期销售管理
- 负责从标书获取、技术选型、报价谈判到合同签署、交付支持的全流程。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 电力工程、可再生能源、计算机科学或相关领域学士学位；

### 行业经验
- 3年以上海外能源或数据中心建设，数据中心相关能源设备等相关行业经验；有与超大规模数据中心客户打交道的实战案例，或熟悉数据中心整体能源解决方案/燃机发电/微电网/UPS/机房配电方案；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉海外AIDC政策环境、电网结构、竞争格局及供应链生态，能精准定位市场机会。能深入理解海外数据中心能源供应方案和配置需求，有相关电力解决方案落地经验。
- 顶尖的商业谈判能力，能够与 C-Level 高管进行深度对话；
- 极强的自驱动力，适应初创型海外事业部的快速节奏。

### 语言
- 较强的英语沟通能力
