## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 责任区域生产安全风险识别及操作安全管理；
- 责任生产品质风险识别及制程品质管理；
- 团队组织建设、梯队人才培养、员工关爱工作的规划及执行；
- 全员自主维护技能培训及执行组织；
- 组织安全改善及品质、产能提升项目；
- 计划、交付的管理。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械、理工科相关专业；
- 有电子、整车、汽车配件、电池厂生产管理5年以上经验；
- 优秀的硕士研究生，2年以上生产管理经验；
- 有团队管理经验，管理团队不少于3个，下一级人员（管理人员）的数量不少于5人；
- 英语4级及以上，英语优秀者优先。
