## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 设计完整的DCS控制方案，特别关注反应器床层温度的控制回路（如多级测温与调温策略）。

### 安全联锁设计
- 基于实验组确定的边界条件，主导设计安全仪表系统（SIS），制定紧急停车、泄压和降温的联锁逻辑。

### 仪表选型
- 指定关键仪表（如高温热偶、在线分析仪、紧急切断阀）的技术规格。

### 动态模拟
- 在项目后期，参与或指导进行关键单元的动态模拟，验证控制策略的有效性。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上；自动化、化工仪表或相关专业；
- 精通化工过程控制策略设计，能设计复杂回路（如级联、前馈）。
- 具备基于安全联锁（SIS/ESD）的设计经验，能根据实验的数据制定紧急处理方案。
- 熟悉DCS/PLC系统架构和仪表选型， 有反应器温度精准控制或安全仪表系统设计经验者优先考虑。
