## Job description
- 负责AI训练平台、推理平台、模型引擎、加速引擎的产品整体规划、需求设计、版本迭代与生命周期管理。
- 深入理解模型训练、微调、推理、部署、量化加速、分布式训练等业务场景，梳理业务痛点，输出完整产品方案与功能设计。
- 负责训练任务管理、推理服务管理、模型仓库、引擎加速、多框架适配、性能监控等核心模块的产品设计。
- 调研行业训推引擎、AI开发平台主流产品能力，对标竞品，持续优化产品架构与核心能力。
- 对接算法、研发、测试、业务团队，推进需求落地、版本上线、问题闭环，保障训推平台高效支撑模型迭代与业务落地。
- 沉淀训推平台产品规范、操作流程、使用手册，赋能内部业务与外部用户。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程相关专业，5年以上AI平台、训推平台、模型引擎产品经验。
- 熟悉AI训练、微调、推理、量化、部署、多框架适配（PyTorch/TensorFlow）等基础技术。
- 具备大型B端平台产品设计能力，能够独立完成复杂需求拆解、方案设计、版本规划。
- 具备较强的技术理解力、跨团队推进能力、数据复盘与迭代能力。
- 有AI开发平台、模型加速引擎、私有化训推平台产品经验优先。
