## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责高能量密度材料的设计与开发；
- 负责材料先进表界面方案设计与开发；
- 负责复合多相界面失效机制机理分析和性能改进；

### 负责固态电池体系的表征方法开发； 岗位要求
- 博士及以上学历，电化学、材料学、化学化工等相关专业；
- 熟悉锂离子电池材料以及应用特性和相应的表征、分析和测试方法优先；
- 具备良好的推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力，逻辑思维清晰，抗压性强；
- 英语CET-6。
