## Job description

岗位职责
- 全流程跟进AIDC业务的法务支持，包括但不限于提供日常法律咨询，参与合同起草、审核/谈判、履约交付、识别业务法律风险。
- 协助搭建AIDC合同体系、法律风险防控体系的搭建，并协助合规团队搭建合规系统。
- 负责AIDC业务相关技术成果的法务保护工作，处理技术合作、技术转让、技术授权中的权属界定、侵权追责、保密约束等法律问题。
- 负责处理因AIDC业务产生的各类商事纠纷、合同纠纷、侵权纠纷。
- 负责AIDC相关政策、立法与执法的分析与研究。 任职要求
- 全日制法学本科及以上学历，持有中国法律职业资格证书；有海外学习者优先。
- 具备3年以上大数据、AI、半导体、云计算等相关行业工作经验。有头部AI、半导体公司、知名律所科技团队工作经历者优先。
- 熟悉中国AI、半导体相关法律法规，具有欧盟、美国、东南亚、AIDC、半导体相关业务处理经验优先。
- 英语可以为工作语言，如额外具备其他小语种能力优先。
