## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责车载高速通信芯片模拟前端（AFE/SerDes PHY/PLL/CDR/高速IO）设计与验证；
- 主导TX/RX、PLL、CDR、时钟/电源分配等核心模块架构与电路实现；
- 开展数模混合仿真（AMS），支持系统级链路预算与BER/眼图分析；
- 优化SI/PI、抖动、EMC/ESD性能，满足AEC-Q100、ISO 26262要求；
- 指导版图设计，支持流片、CP/FT测试与量产良率提升。 任职要求 1.硕士及以上，微电子/电子工程相关专业； 2.8年+模拟/混合信号设计经验，有车规芯片或高速SerDes PHY经验； 3.深入理解SerDes架构（NRZ/PAM4）、均衡（CTLE/DFE/FFE）、时钟恢复与抖动； 4.熟悉车载高速接口（MIPI A-PHY、ASA、FPD-Link、GMSL、车载Ethernet PHY）； 5.熟练使用Virtuoso/Spectre/HSPICE等工具，有先进工艺经验者优先。
