## Job description

‌岗位职责： 1. 数据建模与算法开发‌ 负责全球售后大数据中心，动力电池/储能大数据场景下的数据探索分析、特征工程及分布式计算框架下的高效算法开发‌，应用机器学习、深度学习等技术解决实际业务问题。 开发并优化预警、故障检测算法、推动动力电池、储能场景下的业务闭环。 2. 业务需求对接 跨部门沟通深入理解业务场景（动力电池/储能大数据应用场景），将算法能力转化为可落地的产品、业务功能，支持决策优化以及业务提效。 跨国、跨部门、跨团队紧密协作，基于业务定义数据指标构建评估体系，持续迭代算法模型。 ‌3. 技术研究与创新‌ 基于电池可靠性机理输入，利用大数据技术持续探索数据表征与电池机理之间的关联，并在业务中探索应用落地的可能性。 ‌4. ‌团队协作与知识沉淀‌ 沉淀技术文档与最佳实践，构建算法技术与业务实践知识库 岗位要求：

### 学历专业
- 本科及以上/计算机、统计、数学、材料、电化学

### 知识技能
- 统计学、Python数据分析、机器学习、深度学习、是必备项；英语水平、新能源材料、电化学知识、实际落地过新能源领域故障检测、故障预警项目是加分项。

### 工作经验
- 不限
- 英语CET-4

### 其他
- 沟通能力强、抗压能力强、具备团队精神与责任心
