## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责前沿先进正极材料调研及预研工作；
- 负责正极材料改性及其机理研究；
- 负责正极材料失效机理研究，并逐渐搭建正极失效机理研究数据库；
- 负责正极材料快速表征方法开发；
- 负责正极材料与电芯性能的构效关系研究。

### 二、岗位要求
- CET-6，英语流利，听说读写良好，能流利地沟通交流；
- 具有较好的电化学基础，有正极材料、失效及机理研究经验者优先；
- 精通材料表征技术，能根据实际情况运用合适表征方法表征材料或开发新的表征方法；
- 具备一定的计算材料学基础，能够运用DFT（密度泛函理论）或分子动力学方法模拟材料的电子结构、界面反应及扩散机制；
- 逻辑清晰、思维敏捷、内驱力强；
- 沟通表达能力强、学习适应能力强；
- 数据敏感性强，有创新能力。
