## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 对新型材料分子结构进行定性/定量分析；
- 开发新的检测方法及分析技术，优化各类仪器分析操作规程；
- 执行新技术的验证与推广，跟踪前沿材料检测技术进展；
- 参与分析仪器设备的选型和验收；
- 规范团队成员实验记录及报告；

### 负责相关专利撰写； 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历；化学、分析化学、有机合成等相关专业；
- 熟悉仪器分析理论以及理化分析知识，掌握各种先进理化分析设备的操作方法；
- 具有2年以上大型测试设备分析经验；
- 对表征过程中碰到的技术问题有较好的解决能力；积极配合研发团队参与项目开发。
