## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责硬碳、软碳及类碳材料等新型碳材料的合成和表征技术开发。
- 负责碳材料新工艺预研，探究新合成方法和路线。
- 负责碳材料结构转变机理研究工作及构效关系构建。
- 负责碳材料制备、结构及机理研发团队搭建和人才培养。 职位要求

### 学历专业
- 硕士及以上学历，碳素、材料、化工、化学等专业。

### 知识技能
- * 精通碳前驱体到不同结构碳的合成制备方法、烧结机理和表征方法。 * 具有10年以上碳材料合成及研究经验，知名企业或高校相关领域工作背景。 * 熟知碳材料行业合成设备、设备选型、工艺关键控制点，需具备丰富的工艺放大经验。 * 具有良好的沟通协调和管理能力。

### 语言
- 英语六级或同等水平及以上。

### 其他
- 具有大局观、前瞻性思维、创新力、领导力、抗压能力及责任感。
