## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 基于市场大盘与公司战略目标，进行行业竞对与产品分析；
- 中长期客户需求分析，产能规划策略与产能建设；
- 基于年度产能规划，制定可落地的产能与资源分配方案；
- 主导短期排产与中长期排产策略规划；
- 项目产能及工业化风险管理。

### 二、岗位要求
- 硕士学历；
- 工业工程/统计分析/机械工程；
- 英语6级，听说读写能力良好；
- 有数据分析、AI工具应用能力。
