## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 开发光伏前沿表征分析方法并应用于产业化关键问题的解决；
- 具备材料化学、光伏器件、薄膜表征相关背景；
- 理解钙钛矿材料结构、缺陷与稳定性问题；
- 熟悉光电表征、晶体结构表征或失效分析表征的一种或多种方法，具备较强的文献调研、数据分析和问题拆解能力；
- 具备应用AI方法解决钙钛矿关键材料工艺与表征能力建设问题经历的优先。
