## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 钙钛矿太阳能电池功能层中有机小分子及聚合物材料的开发，进行分子设计、合成、表征、材料评估及后续材料优化；
- 钙钛矿太阳能电池中钙钛矿吸光层的添加剂材料的开发；
- 钙钛矿有机材料的合成放大及量产；
- 钙钛矿微晶、钙钛矿前驱体材料的开发制备；
- 材料合成量产平台的搭建与运维以及设备的开发与采购；
- 专利分析及撰写、文献解读及文献调研。

### 任职资格
- 化学/材料及相关专业；
- 具备有机分子设计与合成、材料评估能力；
- 具有较强的有机反应机理分析和逆合成路线设计能力；
- 具备2年及以上有机合成经验，钙钛矿/OPV/OLED材料开发经验者优先。
- 具有丰富的有机合成、提纯、分析表征经验；
- 熟悉钙钛矿微晶及前驱体材料开发制备；
- CET4及以上水平或英语文献解读、听说读写能力优秀。
