## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 依据PC排产计划，组织实施生产，保质保量完成生产交付任务；
- 贯彻公司安全、质量方针，落实执行各项措施要求，确保安全生产的环境，落实人员安全，品质意识的教育培训，推动安全，品质问题的持续改善；
- 统筹区域内内5S及纪律管控，维护生产环境的干净整洁；
- 掌握生产任务讯息，合理安排生产物料的使用，并对生产现场成品/半成品/物料的WIP进行监控及管理；
- 施行生产盘点，并对盘点差异进行分析改善，达到账实一致；
- 人员上岗的培训计划制定与实施，负责机台异常处理调试及调换。

### 岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历，有相关新能源工作经历、具有班组管理经验。具备较强团队合作意识，良好的沟通/反馈技巧，稳定性强；
- 能够熟练掌握office软件，会基本excel、PPT等办公软件使用；
- 和各部门可以高效沟通，沟通能力优秀，报告能力与协调能力；
- 较强的抗压能力，能适应白夜班双班工作制。
