## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导分析和解决卷绕、叠片及后续整形工序中出现的隔膜相关问题；
- 深入研究并建立卷绕张力、整形压力、温度等关键工艺参数与隔膜微观结构变化之间的关联模型，定义最优工艺窗口；
- 与材料研发团队紧密合作，将生产端的需求和问题反馈至上游，共同推动隔膜材料的定制化改进；与设备团队协作，优化设备参数以适应新材料特性；
- 建立隔膜在卷绕整形过程中的标准作业程序、技术规范和知识库。探索前沿的在线检测技术与工艺控制策略，推动工艺技术进步。

### 岗位要求

1、硕士及以上学历，高分子材料与工程、材料科学、化学工程等相关专业背景； 2、熟悉锂电池隔膜（如PE/PP基湿法/干法隔膜、涂覆隔膜）的制造工艺、微观结构、关键性能指标（孔径、孔隙率、穿刺强度、热收缩率等）； 3、 3年以上锂电池电芯制造工艺经验，深度参与过卷绕/叠片工艺开发或问题解决，对隔膜在其中的行为有第一手的理解和实践经验； 4、精通实验设计（DOE）、数据统计分析和根本原因分析（如5Why， 鱼骨图）方法； 5、 具备敏锐的问题洞察力、强大的逻辑分析能力和解决复杂技术难题的热情；优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神
