## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责与用户沟通并梳理业务需求；
- 根据业务需求，研究和开发深度学习模型（如Transformer、GPT、BERT等），进行模型优化与创新，开发符合需求的AI模型；
- 参与生成式大模型能力构建，包括模型设计、prompt优化、预训练、模型加速、数据集能力建设等；
- 负责数据集处理与分析，构建高效的数据管道，支持大模型训练与调优。 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历优先，计算机科学、大数据分析、机器学习、人工智能等相关专业；
- 精通Python编程，熟练掌握TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备大型模型训练与优化经验；
- 熟悉LLM/SD，具备AIGC/大模型领域研究及落地经验（如图文生成、智能设计、对话系统等）；
- 对自然语言处理、计算机视觉、强化学习等领域大模型有深入理解及项目经验，具备独立研发能力；
- 具备扎实的数学与统计学基础，深刻理解模型原理与优化方法，能灵活调整模型结构及参数； 6. 1年以上制造行业AI模型开发经验，至少一个落地AI模型开发经历； 7. 优秀的英语读写能力（口语流利者优先），逻辑思维清晰，抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
