## Job description

### 工作职责

1设计面向电网调度的通信系统架构，对国内及海外电力系统的调度通信及网络安全负责； 2主导开发PCS面向电网响应相关模块策略（AGC/AVC、FSM/LFSM等）开发工作； 3​​负责调度侧对储能场站的需求和定义； 4标准对接​​：深入研究国网、南网及海外电网等调度机构的并网规范和要求，确保产品功能完全符合标准。 5支持国内海外项目并网问题及与电力公司相关技术沟通。​​ 岗位要求： 1学历​​：电力系统自动化、电气、电力电子、计算机、通信相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先。 2知识​​：精通电力系统运行与调度理论；熟悉​​电力系统通信协议（IEC 61850/60870-5-104/101等）​​；了解网络通信架构和网络安全知识。 3工具​​：精通​​MATLAB/Simulink​​、​​PSCAD/EMTDC​​ 、DIGSILENT、PSSE或ADPSS等等仿真工具；熟悉HIL实时仿真技术者更佳。​​ 4加分项​​：有​​虚拟电厂（VPP）​​、​​源网荷储协同​​项目经验；熟悉​​云计算/边缘计算​​在电力系统中的应用。

5年以上电力自动化、调度自动化系统（SCADA/EMS）、或新能源电站监控系统开发经验。​​有直接与电网调度部门对接项目经验者极度优先​​。有负责完整调度稳控产品开发经验优先
