## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 针对园区、工业企业进行绿色零碳能源改造，进行综合能源系统冷热的全系统动态仿真模拟，包括锅炉、汽轮机、透平机、压缩机、ORC、储能系统及常见能源转换设备；
- 构建工业余热、新能源耦合储热（如熔盐蓄热、固态蓄热）的动态充放热过程，搭建冰蓄冷、相变蓄冷及热水储热系统的动态仿真模型，研究储能系统在峰谷电价下的优化调度策略；
- 与光伏、储电等模块团队协作，推动冷热电多能耦合系统的逐时仿真，优化能源系统，输出整体方案，确定项目总体经济性；
- 根据需求自主开发相关的热力系统模拟仿真模块；
- 跟踪国内外新型零碳冷热技术，对各类技术进行调研分析，推动技术创新与成果转化；
- 参与企业调研，进行能耗分析，完成项目零碳方案的整体解决设计，与商务人员配合推进项目落地。

### 岗位要求

1、能源与动力、热能工程、环境、机械或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、5年以上综合能源工作经验，深入理解工业企业工艺过程，有冷热能源系统仿真经验，有实际建模项目交付与解决方案经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握至少一种主流仿真平台：TRNSYS、EnergyPlus、ISED、EBSILON或类似多能系统的模拟软件，有编程能力（Python/MATLAB）； 4、深入理解储冷储热、热泵、制冷机等设备的热工机理，能够在仿真软件中搭建相关模型； 5、具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，基本的英语口语交流能力； 6、良好的沟通能力和较强的承压能力。
