## Job description

### 运营管理
- 负责根据生产和发货计划，确保物料和货物的准确、及时配送，以及建立和执行应急预案，以应对客户和生产中的异常需求。

### 现场与库存管理
- 优化仓库布局，提升空间利用率和物流效率；实施清晰的物料标识和定位管理；执行先进先出的物料出入库原则；控制到货量，建立库存标准，及时预警物料状态，以减少呆滞风险。

### 人员管理
- 制定并执行绩效考核规定，监督考核过程；建立人才选拔和培养机制，加强团队建设；推动学习型组织建设，提升员工专业技能。 4、5S与安全管理： 制定并执行5S检查标准，保持现场清洁有序；培养员工安全意识，识别并消除安全风险；实施安全日报制度，确保整改措施的有效执行。 5、综合协调： 协调跨部门合作，确保仓库运作与公司整体战略一致，提升客户满意度和生产效率。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上生产制造、仓库管理或物流报关等相关工作经验，具备主机厂背景；
- 熟悉质量改善工具和效率改善手法，掌握SAP或ERP系统的基础知识；
- 沟通能力强，具备良好的抗压能力、协调能力及学习能力；
- 熟练运用Office软件，有较强的PPT报告总结的能力。
