## Job description
- 负责储能EMS产品规划与Roadmap迭代。
- 负责储能EMS产品开发立项，产品需求调研、分析、设计，输出产品需求文档。
- 负责能量优化策略设计，充分挖掘储能EMS提升电站收益与安全性价值。
- 对接前端、研发、交付团队等，输出产品标准化方案、技术资料。
- 跟踪储能行业动态、政策、标准和竞品情况，不断迭代产品。
- 熟悉国内外独立储能、风光配储等业务模式，掌握电力现货、辅助服务、并网调度等行业规则；
- 熟悉国内外储能电站运行模式，理解EMS在源网荷储场景中的定位与功能；
- 熟悉储能系统一二次架构，熟悉EMS/SCADA系统基本功能与交互逻辑，了解IEC104、Modbus、MQTT等主流电力通讯规约；
- 具备良好的需求分析与文档撰写能力，可独立输出产品需求文档；
- 了解电力与储能行业相关标准规范，熟知电力项目并网合规与交付风险。
