## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 高稳高效组件开发与持续迭代；
- 组件钙钛矿化学体系及界面材料开发；
- 组件稳定性失效分析，及失效机制建立；
- 对接基础研发，筛选与评估新材料体系及新工艺；

### 对接中试线，工艺固化及标准输出； 岗位要求
- 学历专业：学历不限 专业：材料学，化学，半导体，物理学，电子，器件物理等相关专业 知识技能：
- 对事业和生活有激情，执行力强
- 具有钙钛矿太阳电池基础，具有叠层电池经验者优先；
- 掌握多种表征分析方法，能针对钙钛矿电池实际情况运用合适的表征技术或开发新的表征手段，理清问题并拆解问题；具有光伏材料开发方面的背景；
- 逻辑清晰、思维敏捷、创新能力强；善于沟通交流、学习适应能力强；内驱力强、有团队精神。
