## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责梳理电池产品的设计逻辑，涵盖电芯选型、结构设计、性能匹配等核心环节，明确各设计节点的输入输出标准、约束条件及关联关系；
- 拉通相关部门，对齐各环节设计诉求与数据需求，打通跨部门设计逻辑链路与数据链路；
- 负责电池产品设计系统的规划与搭建工作，制定系统开发方案与实施计划；
- 推动系统落地，制定电池产品自动设计系统的内部推广方案，负责系统的维护优化。

### 学历
- 硕士及以上

### 专业
- 计算机类专业，或电子电气/材料/机械专业但对AI/数智化优先；
- 具备数智化系统规划思维，熟悉自动设计系统了解至少 1 种系统开发相关技术（如 Python、SQL、基础开发框架）者优先

### 其他
- 学习和理解力强，逻辑清晰，语言表达能力与协调能力强。
