## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 协助完成培训体系完善；
- 负责内部讲师管理、课程管理、学员管理工作；
- 负责培训项目的组织、实施、跟进；
- 负责培训管理平台的管理维护； 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理相关专业优先； 2、2年以上制造业培训相关岗位工作经验优先； 3、熟悉使用办公软件； 4、沟通能力强，抗压力强；
