## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 独立负责数控车床的编程、调试、对刀及生产加工，能解决复杂零件的工艺难题；
- 熟练看懂复杂机械图纸，独立完成程序编写、修改与优化，确保加工精度与效率；
- 负责设备日常维护保养，排查设备常见故障，保障设备正常运行；
- 把控产品质量，完成首件检验与过程自检，处理生产中的技术问题；
- 可指导新人操作，协助车间生产安排，能独挡一面完成班组生产任务。

### 任职要求

高中及以上学历； 能看懂CAD图纸，能独立完成零件加工； 熟悉区分刀具，并能熟练对刀； 熟悉工夹具零件制造常用材料的性能和用途； 熟练使用游标卡尺、千分尺、螺纹规、高度仪等基本量具，具备自检能力。 5年以上数控车床编程+实操经验，技术全面，能独立解决生产问题； 熟练操作FANUC、广数等主流系统，精通手工编程； 熟悉轴类、盘类等精密零件加工工艺，懂量具使用与精度控制； 责任心强，有抗压能力，服从管理，具备良好的团队协作精神； 有带班经验、熟悉机加工车间管理流程者优先录用。
