## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 钙钛矿太阳能电池配方与制备体系开发；
- 钙钛矿太阳能电池老化失效分析与可靠性研究；
- 钙钛矿太阳能电池技术创新与迭代。

### 二、岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 具备较好的半导体，器件物理和材料科学基础；
- 英语听说读写良好，具有良好的英文文献阅读和撰写能力；
- 有主导或参与过钙钛矿电池开发经验者优先。
