## Job description

工作职责
- 负责换电运营全流程标准、制度、SOP、作业指引的编写、更新与发布；
- 跟踪全国区域标准落地执行情况，收集问题并推动优化迭代；
- 整理运营数据、案例、优秀实践，形成标准化知识库与模板库；
- 协助开展标准宣贯、培训支撑、流程稽核与执行效果评估；
- 对接各区域安全、运营、设备管理等模块，确保流程统一、口径一致、高效落地。 任职要求
- 本科以上学历，5年以上运营管理、流程标准化、体系管理相关经验；
- 具备优秀的文档撰写、流程梳理、逻辑归纳能力，熟练使用Office办公软件。
- 了解换电/新能源/场站运营优先，有制度编写或SOP制作经验优先。
- 细心严谨，执行力强，具备良好的跨区域沟通协调能力。
- 能接受不定期区域出差。
